Southpoint Divers is a PADI 5-Star dive center located in the heart of Old Town Key West on Front Street, in business since 1991 and consistently voted the best dive shop in the area. The shop is fully stocked with dive essentials and ScubaPro gear, with their custom dive boat, The Phoenix, docking directly across the street at the Hyatt Resort and Marina. The operation offers a full range of bookable dive trips including morning double-wreck dives to the Vandenberg (the world's second largest artificial reef at 520 feet long, sitting at 140 feet deep), afternoon double-reef dives to the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (the only living coral barrier reef in the United States), and night dives on shallow reef systems. All trips feature experienced PADI-certified instructors and captains. In addition to regular dive trips, Southpoint Divers offers comprehensive PADI training courses from Discover SCUBA through DiveMaster, including specialty courses in Nitrox, Night Diving, Wreck Diving, and conservation-focused training. The team includes multiple Master Scuba Instructors, USCG-licensed captains, and specialized technicians.
